    They operate by paying consultants to dream up pie in the sky figures, put them in charts to lure in investors dreaming big.
    One in every 50 or so pays off.
    Might be this one, who knows? Pretty sure 88e and PRL holders thought it would be them too.
    Could be worth a bet at 4 cents. But a bet is what it is.
