The lease extension and carbon free will be very easy to sell to their shareholders, although I'm hoping IVZ spin the carbon credit money tree in to a separate entity and sell the credits to who ever takes us out.
Might take a few wells for them before they have a crack BUT I doubt there is another acreage on the globe that has as much upside and is relatively close to infrastructure in an electricity/gas starved market.

It wont be one of them pre drill IMO.
They would want to operate the project IMO.
I think, IF its a sell down of shares, it could be left field, a major gas user or someone who is a big energy producer looking to exit coal fired.
