I would be suspicious too except in order to receive the class A performance rights part (b) has to be executed as well. So far, to my surprise, management has done exactly what they said they would do on time. Which adds value, good faith, and increases the probability that the BINDING farm in execution will happen according to their self-imposed timeline before June 30th.
