I'm someone who likes examples as its often the case that people say things without a backing. In this instance I struggled to find an example the market called "heavy" that had the correct api and had a price per barrel example. Each time l looked at the so called heavy oil the api was actually light, just a fraction heavier than Brent. If you can find an example that is close to 20 api with a price per barrel, then great.

Thing to consider is the additional cost for extraction as heavy is normally difficult to extract.

I suspect though that many here are not interested in hearing about it anyway.
