I remember running a DST on an Ottway Basin well where we were flowing a really waxy oil from the Pretty Hill Formation. We were flowing into an open frac tank and dipping same to work out flow rates. By the end of the test it was early evening and I was having trouble dipping the tank with the steel tape......the oil had virtually gone solid as it cooled to ambient surface temperatures.
