    I'm sure they've got an excuse. It's not as easy as you think. We need to wait to give people the chance to update their bank details. The guy who needs to approve the payments is on leave. That jakspara character has rung 5 times so let's hold the funds for another week just to piss him off. Unlimited excuses. You can take your pick.
