I also said that what's in the Prospectus rules all and was roundly criticised for that simple statement. Whatever the prospectus allows them to do, they can do. And they are doing it beautifully

I've been doing mergers and acquisitions for over 50 years and have seen much worse than this in terms of confusion etc. They are trying to be nice to everybody and are in danger of pleasing nobody.

Lets see how it all washes out.
