This is a nice little JV and further validates our insights range.

IMO this will just present another opportunity for people to sell.

I think the company really needs to focus on attracting some more investors and selling the story a bit better.

They seem to manage it when they're desparate and need capital but it would help if they had a plan rather than what seems like a last minute rush for capital. I'd rather not see more shares issued at 2c. The condat deal is also reliant on the sp being at a certain point...they don't seem too concerned there
