I suppose the way to look at this is that management also invested in the spp at the price we also invested in at (.045).Yes the price fell to .038 cents and today to .032
Imho directors and (sophisticated investors) are buying and this is a positive sign that all is going well.
As raising funds in any stock at this point in time is challenging (particularly Bio-tech) I am thankful that this has been achieved.
Personally I have no issue with the placements as we were advised in the prospectus that this would happen should a shortfall occurred.
