From my view I do believe the the $5 mill placement has been done well to help please the shareholders with a 2 for 7 issue plus topup potential.
Also, I like how GC has mentioned that they are going for a partnership once the results are through - so looking at a shorter to medium term 3-6 months - and hopefully the cash will get us through to that period.
The directors are the major shareholders so hopefully they will support the SPP. $4.1 mill is a lot to raise from existing shareholders who like me are a little disenchanted with the way the share price has fallen - and then I have to consider whether I want to dig into my pocket again to participate in the SPP. Just maybe some big investors can buy some shares before ex-date and then also participate in SPP at reduced rate.
I do believe in the product, just the financing issues are a little worrying. I will probably take up my 2/7 allocation.
Any one elses input?
