Lots going on at IVX at the moment, none of it is making me jump for joy...and the share price is reflecting my gut feelings:
- directors not / not fully participating in rights issue
- large discount in recent cap raising and unusual exit of Lind Partners
- exit of chairman
- CEO taking up another board position
- business development manager in USA taking up CFO role in another company
