- Directors participated to show support. They hold enough shares and options to be well-compensated if the company does well. Especially Glass.
- The large discount means everyone knows we're in a tight spot. We just can't raise money at a valuation we think we're worth. Lind Partners is indeed unusual - but I feel neither negative nor positive about it. I did not like that deal anyway but it was the only way to get cash.
- Retirement of chairman is ordinary. Sudden resignation for no particular reason ('pursue other interests') is not. He even participated in the buying before leaving.
- CEO taking up board positions does not mean he is running anywhere or hiding from anything. People get hired for board positions based on knowledge, experience and networks. This is a good thing.
- I wonder how much Seth really did for Invion. It would be a stretch, IMO, to say he ever fulfilled a 'business development manager' role for Invion.
