    Basically, they've given away nearly a third of the company for a lowly $1M.

    Almost as bad as PYC's recent CR. Not quite but almost.

    The writing was on the wall when it failed to rally, despite newsflow and an all-too-convenient "broker" report, which just so happened to have the company's cash position incorrect.
