Anybody upset about the $0.5m to institutionals on the same basis? God forbid they may have to buy on market at the market price. Talk about risk free, and they could dump for a quick profit the minute they get their grubby mits on the shares. Smaller investors with tinier positions are unlikely to do that. Again, more money for the company others will say. There is now so much overhang that this thing will be moving up with bags of cement around its ankles.

To answer you question Kfresh, some of invions lines are better partnered because of Dr Glass's continued involvement. What they always wanted to sell was cpn10. Maybe they could sell oral nadolol, but keep the inhaled lines of nadolol and zafirlukast. But then I see all these beta blockers as being part of a development package. So I think partnering is way more profitable for everyone as long as Dr Glass is happy to continue. If he doesn't then sales make more sense. Sales are a one off event. It could mean the wind up of the company if they sell everything. That would be a takeover of sorts I suppose. Not experienced in M&A.
