How long can this company survive without a partner?

You would hope this would have been lined up for months ! You would hope that these few days I just being used to play off several big Pharma against each other---
Now if partnership does not eventuate: I think this is going to be a dire road. Because that is the road of the fire sale.
For those of you who don't believe a takeover is possible, then how about putting a CR vs takeover scenario to most investors . Everybody has their price and I think shareholders have been battered and bruised. If there is no partner then yes, I think 90% will agree at a 10c level. Most shareholders will probably by then be glad to come out alive.
If management can't put together a partnership deal based on these results, then I give up.
