TJ-it is only just over a month and a half since cpn10 results were announced.We were advised that there were 30 or so interested parties.We now have Phase 2 results for Nadalol.I should imagine discussions with all parties would take a few weeks,then a deal has to be resolved-a few more weeks-then the legal aspect -a few more weeks.
We maybe a cheap date at the moment,but we have the goods.Most Biotechs have the same problems with cash flow as we do.It is not the end of the world , only a short term speedbump.
