I find it hard to believe They're going to get the 2 sets of options. What shareholder in they're right mind will vote in favour at November meeting?
If share price is below 1.4cts at expiry then they don't exercise, so no cash into company. If above 1.4 cts at expiry then company can do rights issue at that time to existing shareholders which is much better option than giving a free kick to these guys.
As I've stated before mine is a definite no vote and assume all other shareholders (bar the muppet directors) will also be a NO.
