hi, just letting you know it requires 50% of actual votes cast to get up or down. Nothing to do with total that could vote. That is why OCJ will essentially decide if this “offer” gets up or not.
if they vote it down it makes the whole episode that has transpired over the last 4 months a complete farce. A simple sit down with OCJ to sound them out would have saved FMS millions... as I say, a farce.
