“Our” negotiating team said they were “tough” negotiations, Mr McAdam apparently told Todd that the minority shareholders want an upfront cash payment and Todd’s reply was a straight up NO, that’s the exact moment “our” negotiating team should of walked away..... negotiations over and “our” negotiating team should of wished Todd well with their many other IO options!
Tough negotiations, I don’t think so!!!!!
