I and all minority shareholders would like more then anything to see a REAL fair and reasonable deal for all however their greed and egos are getting in the way of seeing reason.

We all deserve a fair deal however over the past 5 years since Todd became the major shareholder we have been offered insulting deals that have been refused accordingly be minority shareholders, all I can say is thank goodness we have some protection under the ASX.

Let’s also not forget this quote from Mr Neil Warburton on the 13th December 2019 in relation to the BOD attempt to delist FMS from the ASX......

“ The board is committed and will continue to progress the PIOP as a public unlisted company”.

Let’s also not forget that Mr Neil Warburton is part of the “independent” group working in conjunction with Mrs Edwardes and Mr Gurry for us

Lets us all not forget what Mr Neil Warburton said at the 2018 AGM that the PIOP was a "Low grade stranded iron ore resource"!
In my opinion, changes are needed at the top and soon!
