There were 2 FMS shareholders and an Analyst present for the Melbourne briefing. I was one of those shareholders.

My view of the proposed transaction after attending the briefing has not changed and, in fact, is even more entrenched than before. I have already voted against the transaction and maintain the view that this is not a good deal. I’m not going to list the numerous reasons for my decision. They are too many to list.
