1. Directors put their coins in the company’s wallet to get shares.
2. Directors sell their shares on market to get their coins back.
3. You and I use our coins to buy their shares on market.
4. Directors still have their own coins in their wallets.
5. Company still has the coins in their war chest.
6. Guess who doesn’t have their coins in their wallet?
