    David also gets 17.5% of the sales bonus pool, of 7.5% of the company.

    I.e. he gets a further 23m shares equivalent.. in addition to the 16m he now owns.

    That puts him at 39m shares. Or very close to the top shareholder, at #2.

    Selling a few million shares to cover taxes is a non issue.
