I'm not going to read into that "free carry" statement too much, you haven't shared exactly what was said and the context of the conversation
hes a clever guy and a lawyer and I'm sure he knows what he can / can't or should / shouldn't say to shareholders
unless you want to elaborate on an exact quote and or build the context up, may be a bit problematic using what a journalist would call a "click bait quote"
i mean he seem to indicate that you'll easily be able to free carry after PL5?
Or that you should? (Emphasis on you because maybe he knows something about your circumstances ?) Was he saying that in the context of a discussion about managing your risk / exposure because you had shared some info on your risk appetite etc...
on it's own that statement could be very problematic for him
