Bad taste in the mouth on this one. Sad to see Gary Pace go, from his credentials he looks outstanding. I don't trust "John" at all, no information about what he actually does (engineering degree and then very little information) and as you pointed out the securities firm he is a director of is not regulated by anyone it is a type of restricted company set up by entrepreneurs. Why is he even a director (is he even a member of any Company director institutions)? Oh forgot is it because he is friends of the director who he replaced 6 months ago and now a big sh*t fight going on (who is also very closely linked to the securities firm through marriage and apparent beneficiary of the said firm). Now we have a lawyer as a director with links to the past director who specialises in back door listings etc. Tempted to put a complaint into ASIC as I have a horrible feeling this will be run into the ground with shareholders kicked in the arse once again. Not sure how their behaviour can be deemed as in the best interest of the shareholders.
