What makes you come to this conclusion? Have you seen the past financial statements of the acquired pets businesses?
To me, this will create another source of revenue for the business, and they can utilize the existing cremation facilities on the pets, so minimize expenses. It also shows that management has been finding ways to improve the operational results impacted by Covid. All good IMO.
