Both projects could be Tier 1 - issues of ownership and off-takes will sort themselves out.
Maybe in 10 - 20 years China will be just like a big fat pussy cat. The good life, tucker and wine gets the better of everyone eventually, if they are lucky.
And frankly I do not deny them their success - they are a clever hard working people - only need a change in government system IMO.
