Don't see it being that bad mate. Its now under $20M MC with only 2 diamond holes drilled. RC drilling and a string of Cat 1 Targets to get through.
In fairness, i've been around expo for some times..... mostly first holes come up with Kitchen bench material... this certainly isn't that.
