From the interview It seems that management are over confident for a reason. Obviously they want extra funding, but with their inside knowledge of what they really have they can afford to take the highest bid . I would expect a raise around 9 cents to confirm that the institution knows that its a winner already. Wouldn't surprise me this week someone , maybe Regal will step in on the chance of another niobium hit . Pocket money for them.
