    if you know you are up to something big in this project, and currently cashed up.
    would you raise now? or wait for proof that you got a IOCG deposit and raise later?
    now we need to give a discount for the investors to chip in their money
    later investors will pay premium to get involved.
    i seen it with few other businesses with good quality management and rincon will do the same
