    Hi magpie - the dividend drop was forecast in the last financial statement as being at 3.9c for FY10. I've cut and pasted the text below from that document.

    "Taking all these factors into account, and based on distributions being aligned to AFFO, distributions are
    forecast to be 3.9 cents per unit for the year ending 30 June 2010 subject to prevailing market conditions
    and in line with guidance given in June 2009.
    “The successful capital management initiatives implemented over the course of this year to strengthen the
    balance sheet, coupled with IOF’s traditional business model, in which over 95% of its earnings are derived
    from property income generated from a geographically diverse office portfolio, position the Fund well to
    chart through the current difficult conditions and to take advantage of future opportunities as they arise”,
    said Mr Tanfara."
