lithium spot price is on the rise. WIth tight supply comes increased prices. Surely there is negotiation power in a sellers market? The offtake is conditional on FID anyway so management could just say hey its conditional we get a permit. So not sure why a tesla deal couldnt happen. When they signed with PLL it was sept 20 when spodumene prices wede rock bottom and still a very nice price uplift.
seems management have other priorities atm whether this is permitting or holding out for a hopeful futher price rise remains to be seen.
