It doesn’t sound like you have any eperience in how conditional agreements are designed.
To keep it simple for you, anything can be agreed to in a conditional agreement and if the conditions are not met then the agreement is rearranged or cancelled.
Ahh ipv6ready, so you must be focusing on and and hoping for an UNconditional agreement, which INR would never enter into at this time as it would be fraught will foolishness.
