A negotiable environment is miles away from being a standard form of negotiation. Agreements vary enormously and you’ll rarely see two alike!
They are tailored and are far more detailed and conditional than you’d like to promote here.
I too have worked in your kind of industry and you are far from accurate It clear about your understanding my friend.
INT is in an outstanding position to negotiate and you’ll never know the terms so I guess it’s easy for you to say that the terms could be better or more favorable, by some insinuation.
All if your posts lean towards highlighting a negative, while including minuscule objectivity for the purpose of gaining credibility so that your negatives get their foot in the forum door.
