2) what exactly is their conservation plan.
Ioneer have already spent real life dollars on this plant species. Very few others have. You say goodbye to Ioneer you say good bye to thats plants future survival chances.
The plant will not survive and thrive on its own in current climate. An at the rate the US appears to work at, the plant species will be dead before permits are issued anyway
