Given the 33.3% over-subscription I think that is pretty indicative of the confidence the instos have that permitting won't be an issue. Otherwise, why would you collectively spend $80m big ones?
This is a hiccup & I think we will all be richly rewarded down the track. I'm down over $100k on this stock today (but still up over 100% on my average buy price) & am not worried at all
