FACT - Without INR and our $ the Buckwheat is doomed anyway......INR is the only chance the plant will survive!
My guess is yes the buckwheat is now listed but does not mean by any stretch we will not be granted permission to build a mine.
Its called politics and to please everyone......List the buckwheat to please the tree lovers.......Then grant INR to build the mine as long as the plant is protected by the companies $......Simple politics.
I have just topped up @ 0.49 cents!
In my opinion we will get that grant so all good and business as usual!
USA badly needs this mine to go ahead and thats why it will happen!
