Ann: Ionic Explores Rare Earth Refinery to Supply Western Markets, page-47

Seems like a good announcement and smart play by management leveraging China relationship against the interest from the rest of the world. Recent board appointments starting to make more sense now as well. A few comments from my glass half empty mindset.

1. Are we still funded to BFS? Or does this extra study “justify” another CR sooner than we all thought?
2. I think the market does / will like it but as others have said we need patience. Let’s put the announcement in perspective, we are considering a processing plant and are going to investigate further...we have not just made a final investment decision or started commissioning (its still a long way away with lots of its, buts and maybe’s)

Let’s hope the lessons of previous SS are put to good use this time and it doesn’t end up as a means for more dilution without creating any real SH value.
