1. Well, interesting who the sophisticated and existing SHs who got to participate in this are. Hopefully, they have sticky hands.
2. Positive, is not much of a discount, as well as no attaching options. Also enough monies for a while until feasibility proven here, and if so then can approach the capex funding issue (but that is a little way off at the moment). Should also remove constant talk of CR on these threads as funded now for a while.
3. Negative (other Ann) - 25 million shares given as a part fee to those who managed a placement that was over-subscribed. Nice money when you can get it LOL.
