no that's not correct if you took time to research IXR and how it sits within the current climate worldwide as a necessary resource and we have plenty of it and can extract it from clay not rock and with international govt representation knocking on our door, you would have to agree this is not a pump and dump stock as you claim, but my guess is that you would be too proud or ignorant t facts to admit you are Dead Wrong
