Be worth reaching out to the company, but with the milestone payments the kitty may have been running quite thin and waiting post MRE and SS leaves little incentive for the pro's money. A kind of, what's in it for us?

If the insto's are stupid enough to sell into that news then it's only providing opportunity to people who want to go long to take advantages of the s/p pullback.

As i have previously stated, most news is priced in and sure, If it was a lock that our shares will be worth 10c next week then imagine they would have waited, but i think people expecting the s/p to go to 250m market cap with only breadcrumbs in the bank on the back of 2 announcements which myself and others have pretty well been able to predict imo to within 10-20% accuracy then i think that a mislead thought process.

A strategic partner would have yes been the absolute best outcome, but when raising cash the biggest concern for a company is not getting funding, period. To have 12m oversubscribed in what appears to be a fairly short time frame in my view is a very good outcome. less than 10% discount to current price and even less to the VWAP. When you consider the companies relative infancy and additionally location etc etc there have been far far far worse and many many more poor raisings.

Additionally, having spoken to some T20 holders this comment of them being looked after is not entirely accurate.


IMO if they waited 1 month or 2 months to raise they may not have got this amount and who knows market might have sold down on the news.
