My experience is somehow different from yours. Most of them almost double after CR, e.g. PAR @ $1.3 CR now $2.5; PTX @5.6c CR now 11c; MDC@18c CR now 33c and many other examples. I think the key is that it must have a hot theme, and in this case, is the ionic clay rare earth which is highly accessible and can be mined cheaply.
