I agree re current SP being reasonably fair, based on resource and current stage of development. As always, you make well-reasoned posts, along with scarpa and staks and others.
Value is in the eye of the shareholder. The SP will look very cheap to investors looking for leverage to anticipated REE price rises. The SP will also look cheap for long-term investors with a strong stomach for volatility and risk.
