That is a logical question to ask but if you go back to earlier anns the coy has made it clear that the demonstration plant in Belfast main goal is to test their technology at a limited scale to prove that their technolgy can be scaled up outside of a laboratory. No doubt there will be much experimentation going on to ascertain what methods work best at each process step at the chosen volumes of througput for each production stage.
When they are convinced they have it all worked out IXR can seek offtake agreements and funding to go into production. I suspect that most or all of this year will be proving up their technolgy and scaleability.
I believe the company is confident in the conversion process bur scaling up will bring challenges.
