Looks like a total of 123M to me. $420k per annum aswell is quite a substantial amount too.
As i mentioned, all of the performance shares vestings seem to be things that the team had already had planned (yes they hadven't been executed yet), but the only one that Brett may actually be involved with from the get go is f. regarding Ionic technologies strategic partnership but you could argue the seeds have already been sown for that aswell.
Why not:
- First MREC product produced from Stage 1 Makuutu plant prior by 1H 2026
- strategic partnership/offtake for ionic technologies outside of the UK
Anyway i'm just having a whinge - I'm not going anywhere, just that this appointment heavily favours Brett instead of it being a more fair appointment from the company side. He must have interviewed well.... haha
