The point he is making is that the 83m are being purchased at 1.8c…as you say the others are
10m actual freebies and
30m almost freebies.
A lot of those vesting conditions are weak and subjective (how many times have we seen offtakes announced and then pulled later due to CPs not being met) at best and a p1ss take at worst.
Anyway what’s done is done. If we don’t like it we get a chance to vote down the purchase of 83m..but that will never happen…let’s hope he can weave some magic and win us over. Well those of us who aren’t already on our bellies waiting for a Pat and a tickle
