Everyone here is very familiar with the state or RE pricing. The company uses forward looking metrics to establish studies into commercial viability. SF2TH regularly refers to the need for a turn around in pricing or an alternate pricing structure.
Be neutral if you want to be taken seriously. Buy, hold, sell doesn't matter if you have a clear, insatiable bias and need for validation.
