Having had a closer look, wasn't looking at IXR today, gee 10m performance options out of 30m just for being there 12 months later; yep agree with Money of Mine on that one - that's uhm not very long term and very much not really much of an incentive. Would be fine if it was a small portion of the long term incentive but at 1/3rd that's just taking the mickey out of Long Term Performance incentives.
As for the overall package I can't really comment, yes it's a lot of money, but that's the C suite for ya.
