Call me cynical but a lot of the performance shares aren't long term but medium term and all things that Tim has been talking about for 12+ months. IMO Longer term performqnce shares relating to construction of a Belfast Commercial plant and more recycling partners would have been more relevant.
Not sure i like this one much.
