well you will notice that the CR was fully subscribed. They were seeking $1.65m, and they got $1.65m.
Note the SPP is for only $500k - that's b....all. The reason is that shareholders have not supported previous SPPs.
As I mentioned earlier, the small level of CR will be because IXR are hoping that good news is around the corner - in the form of funding commitments from Govt and investors.
Once the share price hits more realistic levels, then we will see a material cap raise.
Bottom line is, at share price of one sixth of one cent, if you don't believe in the IXR story, then walk away.
At point 6 of one cent, there will not be ANY shareholder who is not underwater. Me very much included.
I am hoping that all those 3rd Party participants signify that this is still the real deal.
